I’ll host your murder mystery party.
On October 10, I turned our house into a 1920s casino for eleven friends. I wrote the mystery, set up the tables, cooked the short ribs and ran the night. Some guests stayed until 4:30 in the morning.
If you want that night without the work, I’ll bring it to you. Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Burlington. Farther than that, I’ll drive or fly to you.
How it works
- Book a free 30-minute call or video chat. Pick a time that works for you.
- We pick the date, the theme and your guest list. I write the mystery around your friends. First names only, and you tell me what’s off limits.
- Your guests get their characters a week before the party.
- On the night, I set up, run every round and handle the reveal. You get to play.
Packages
The Setup: $500
$500 covers me: I write your mystery, set up the room, and run the night start to finish. Food and props are extra. I send you the lists, and you buy them.
The Inside Job: $1,000 (coming soon)
Everything in The Setup, plus I shop, cook the three-course menu in your kitchen, and bring the props. Groceries and props are billed to you at cost, on top of the $1,000, with receipts, to a budget we agree on first.
The Big Score: starting at $1,500
A bigger party, a bigger night. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll quote it.
The details
- Greensboro is included. Winston-Salem and Burlington add a $75 drive fee.
- Anywhere else, I’ll still come. You cover travel, and lodging if it’s an overnight trip. We agree on the cost before you book.
- The Setup and The Inside Job are built for six to twelve guests. Bigger than that is The Big Score.
- The first call is free. You don’t pay anything until you book a party.
